How to Make Air Fryer Crescent Ham and Cheese Pockets
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the air fryer basket.
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent dough and press into an even rectangle. Cut each sheet of crescent dough into 4 equal rectangles.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the ham and cheese. Place about ¼ cup of the mixture on each piece of crescent dough towards one end.
- Fold the crescent dough over the mixture and press to seal the edges.
- Crimp with a fork.
- Place the pockets into the air fryer basket, leaving space between for the crescent dough to puff. Brush with melted butter.
- Cook in the air fryer for 7 to 9 minutes, flipping halfway or until golden.

- Different Meats: Use different meat but make sure to use cooked meat. Shredded chicken, pulled pork, bacon pieces, pepperoni, sausage, or turkey are all great options.

CAN I USE THE OVEN INSTEAD OF THE AIR FRYER?
Yes, you sure can! They may not get as crispy, so for this reason an air fryer is preferable…but they will still taste delicious.
To bake these pockets, heat the oven to 375°F and bake for 20 – 25 mins, or until the pockets are golden brown. If you have a small air fryer and a short time to prepare, then the oven would be a good option.

- If you’d like to refrigerate leftovers you can place them in an airtight container, and they will last for up to 4 days.
